About this works
Normally I don't paint over a nice and new canvas. I search for pieces of thin wood in the street and trash to paint them, I find them with irregular forms and with much more personallity as the clean white canvas. The style magazines I use them as inspiration, because when this magazines can be found everywhere: in cafes, haircut, waitingrooms, etc. is somekind of lower level langugae understood as everybody. But my mission was to unconceptualize the images on the paintings over pieces of wood without gamour.
